A monthly virtual meet up with a French chef in our program. These virtual exchanges could be a live Q&A from a recipe, a cooking session with the chef, or a cultural discussion amongst students and the chef.
One of our talented chefs from France come and visit our students for in person courses. Students and chef are able to foster a relationship more personally and the result is sharing cultures. The culinary ideas flourish!
Everything from the year comes together here! 10 students get the opportunity to immerse themselves into French culture and cuisine. Not only cooking but visiting the region of Normandy its connection to French cuisine.
